Program Overview

The Glen A. Wilson Girls Basketball Summer Program is designed for incoming freshmen, new players, and returning athletes looking to develop their skills, compete, and prepare for the upcoming season.

This program provides a comprehensive summer experience that combines structured skill development, competitive practices, summer league play, and team camp competition to accelerate player growth and build team chemistry.

Athletes will train in a high-energy, game-based environment focused on decision-making, basketball IQ, pace, spacing, and competing in real-game situations.

Practice Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM

• Summer school athletes may leave at 7:10 AM

• Friday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

• Fullerton College Summer League (Varsity & JV)

• West Covina Shootout (Varsity & JV)

• Beckman Summer Showcase (Varsity Only)

• UCSB Team Camp (Varsity Only)

• LMU Team Camp (Varsity Only)

• Whittier College Team Camp (Varsity Only)

Cost

• Summer Registration: $250

• Practice Gear Add-On: $75

Practice gear includes a jersey, t-shirt, and shorts.
Practice gear is required for incoming freshmen, new players, and any returning players who need replacement gear.

Important Information

• Open to current Wilson students and incoming freshmen

• Athletic clearance is required prior to participation

• Players are expected to attend consistently and be on time

• Summer participation helps prepare athletes for the upcoming school season
